Hi, I’m Svenja!
Owner and photographer of intimate Moments by Svenja.
I started photography in 2016 and decided to niche down to boudoir 3 years ago. Why?
I have found my true passion empowering other women. I struggled with self-love and body issues for quite some time until I booked my very own session. I have never felt so beautiful and empowered. And it helped me accept myself on the outside.
Secondly, photographing expecting moms for years made me realize that they all have one thing in common. They all feel insecure in their skin after giving birth and it’s something that nobody talks about. It made me realize how many women struggle with self-love, confidence and body positivity. But we all deserve to feel like a queen! Yes girl, you too! You’re amazing. You are worthy. And you deserve it! You don’t need to loose any weight or hit the gym in order to do a session. You are beautiful just the way you are!
My favorite part about the session is seeing clients transform from the shy little person walking in to leaving as a confident bad ass queen!
A little more about my personality…
I’m a military spouse and I was born and raised in Germany. I absolutely love traveling and going on adventures to see new places. My favorite seasons are fall and winter. I love all the different colors fall has in store for us, earthy tones are my favorite! And winter is just the right temperature for me. I like the cold and I love being outside in the snow. I'm a crazy dog mom! We adopted a welsh corgi and she fills my heart with so much love!
Introduce your brand
It is normal to feel nervous.
I know you feel anxious to take the first step. But I will let you in on a little secret of mine. When I’m on the other side of the camera I feel exactly like you! I’m nervous and I don’t know what to do. So when I tell you I get it, I really do get it. I book my own session once a year and the nerves are part of the experience every time. It’s normal. So don’t let your anxiety hold you back! You will be in good hands and you are going to love it, I promise.
