My top 5 favorite lingerie brands

Quality over quantity! You don’t need to have an entire closet filled with lingerie, rather invest in a few pieces that really fit you (sizing varies so much) and your style. I have made the experience that high end lingerie is more true to size, especially for plus sizes, than cheap retail stores. So below are some of my recommendations on lingerie brands for every budget:

1. Playful promises

Playful promises is a London based independent brand, known for luxe, outré designs for a wide size range including fuller bust and plus sizes. They are carrying over 80 bra sizes and panty sizes up to size 24. To find such a huge size range is almost impossible! Their lingerie collections are colorful, playful and also gives you all the vintage vibes. You won’t find anything similar to their unique designs! Also, they have a selection of toys and spicy accesoires. 

2. Love Vera

Love Vera is a black-owned business and their mission is to close the opportunity gap for black women in fashion and to raise the bar for representation & inclusivity. Their sizes range from 32A to 44DDD. I’m obsessed with their romance collection. You should definitely check out their website as they are more budgetfriendly as well. 

3. Loungeunderwear

Loungeunderwear was founded by a couple in 2015 and has expended so much since then. Their goal is “Comfort Made Sexy” and that’s exactly how their designs speak to me! Their sizes range from 30A to 38G. Their swim collection carries sizes up to XXL. They are offering great designs for daily comfort and also sexy time. 

4. Adore me

Adore me is mostly known for their elite, subscription service. While that is something super fun, it’s not a must! Yes, you are also able to just shop your favorites without signing up for the subscription mystery boxes! Their sizes range from 30A to 38DD. They also have an exclusive bridal collection, swim, lounge and active wear!

5. Torrid 

Torrid is one of my favorite go to brands specifically for plus sizes. Unlike most brands, their plus size fits true to size.  I’m a plus size girl myself and I know how hard it can be to find lingerie that fits. I personally love shopping at Torrid, not just for lingerie. If you haven’t heard of them, it’s so worth to try out! Their sizes range from 10 to 30.
